Turned up, and there was no on there to do my spray tan. Waited 25mins just to be told they couldn’t get hold of her despite the fact I’d booked. No real solution was offered other than that I could come back later which I couldn’t do. Awful service and wasted a massive chunk of my day, will not be returning.
Very friendly service and great pedicure. I asked to get a shellac removal at the last minute and they made sure they could find some time in between 2 appointments to make it work.
Lovely salon - very clean, stylish and high end feel. Treatment (wax) felt thorough and I was comfortable throughout. They could use some music to add ambience as it was very quiet and always nice to have a distraction. It’s incredibly expensive vs other Treatwell options.
