Great experience overall - Katie was amazing, really friendly and easy to chat to but super professional keeping me informed of every step as she did it. The salon itself was great and nice peaceful atmosphere. Threading was super painless and Katie discussed my needs at every step. Only negative was I didn’t see as much of a result from the last lift as I was expecting and that it is quite pricey for the results - that might be just my own personal expectations as I had never had that treatment before so didn’t know what to expect really.
Overall would book again for other treatments!

my first visit to Q61...in fact it turned into two because I liked it so much I made another appointment and enjoyed the best pedicure ever.
