The reception staff turned their back on me after I walked in. The therapist was nice,but had long acrylic nails on and they touched places not expected when having a facial and scratched at points. They made a scraping noise when her fingers were near or crossing over. Shame it spoiled it. Not one to upset anyone tho.

I have made booking for two treatments at this salon based on previous reviews and I must say that you have very low standards, ladies. 1. Therapist wearing long, fake nails which made body massage and facial treatment quite unpleasant 2. Therapist's long hair was freely flying around and touching my face several time 3. It was so cold in the room that I've decided to finish my treatment early 4. There was no aroma in the AROMAtherapy massage, just basic massage oil. Good luck.
