Really nice environment and staff, very modern and they offered coffee. Only thing is that they seem to be gel specialists, and their selection of non-gel colours was really limited. Also, they didn't soak my cuticles before pushing them back and explained it's because the water tends to be bad for gel... too bad for me I guess as I wasn't getting gel, and cuticles are never as clean when they're not soaked.
I had a hot Hollywood wax at Q61. It was by far the best wax I have had. Emma made me feel really comfortable and has a good waxing technique, you can also tell the wax is of high quality. Q61 is really nicely decorated. I shall be returning.
