Hollywood Lashes - member of staff didn't seem trained to do them/didn't listen to what I wanted. Left with lashes that were way too long and didn't blend into my own. Let me leave with black glue all over my eyes, saying it would just wipe off. The lashes are supposed to last 6-8 weeks - lasted one day before I had to take the last few off that hadn't already fallen out. I've emailed, called and been in store where I was told someone would contact me but still haven't heard from anyone! Shame as I've heard good things from others that have had positive experiences.
