Slightly bizarre massage, very rushed and irratic movements, good pressure but no coordinated movements and certainly not relaxing. The 'head massage' was definitely the strangest I've ever experienced. Lots of light pulling of my hair in various places, then puffing up my hair, followed by a bit of light hitting in a few seemingly selected places. Had to stifle a giggle throughout this part, it was just so strange.
Overall, I did feel that some of my achey muscles were somewhat soothed. However, it mainly wins top marks for being a unique and bizarre experience.
