I left the waxing appointment with small areas of unwaxed hair on my legs and the hair wasn’t out from the root in many places - you could see short hairs because she put little effort in. She was wearing gloves whilst waxing which the wax kept sticking to so she couldn’t rub the strip down or rip it off, she was constantly stuck in wax and got it on my hands and underwear. I felt uncomfortable to speak up as the place was not very friendly. The owner was nice however although she didn’t give the service. The price was cheap but the service was not good
