The massage, waxing and threading were professionally carried out and I'm happy with the results. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I found the salon very easily on my first visit. The only slight let down was the noise of other staff using the premises - not related to Nail it London - who were talking loudly outside the treatment room and even interrupted the massage at one stage to ask my therapist a question, when she had clearly told them she was busy.
