The lady that did my wax today had zero experience with sugaring. Unfortunately I was left quite sore and when mentioned to the manager, the response was “everyone needs experience” . I ended up finishing the last part of waxing myself as it was obvious she did not know what she was doing. No apology or nothing

I was happy with my previous appointments but wasn’t satisfied with Shani , sugaring wasn’t meticulous at all and it seemed like she did the bare minimum

My appointment was delayed by 15min… everything felt rushed and she only dyed/tinted the roots of my lashes and paid no attention to the length…

I will definitely be back! Karina was reassuring and let you examine to make sure she didn't miss anything you wanted done. She answered all my questions about aftercare. I have incredibly sensitive skin, so much that even shaving causes me irritation ingrowns and the like. Sugaring has been my best experience so far. I have tried sugaring at home and believe me it does not compare to professional service.Exceptionally professional; you wont find anything like this in London for the same price.
