She was very aggressive when removing the stripes. I did lip wax and there was literally blood around my lips when I got home, basically my skin came out and now I look like a clown. She asked me if I use any product in the area and I said I don’t. Still she hit very badly all my skin around my lips.

Katy is amazing and has a great personality!  This definitely made the uncomfortable process of a Brazilian/Hollywood wax manageable and less painful. I’ve had several Brazilian/Hollywood waxes in my lifetime and I can say this is one of the best I’ve had. The price is reasonable too and the spa is very beautiful. This is the only place I will be getting a Brazilian/Hollywood wax going forward! Katy is the best!
