The therapist was lovely and I appreciate that she checked on me when I went quiet, however I still have a lot of hair left, I understand short hair can’t be picked up, however, it is the long hair that could of been waxed that I refer to. I did notify the therapist of the missed hair and she went over some of it, but again there was still hair that was missed, and at this point I gave up. The wax was also too hot when we started the treatment and burnt me. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.
