I absolutely adore Katy and understand why she was recommended to me. I’m in love with my feet now after months of feeling like a monster! Katy was so kind, helpful, welcoming and funny. I hate giving bad reviews, but this was the worst lash lift I have ever had. I have had this treatment for several years and never had it where it didn’t work. The process was also very uncomfortable/ stinging my eyes. When finished, my lashes were completely straight. The eyebrow tint was also done haphazardly, the first eyebrow tinted should be the first washed etc, for example. Katy was lovely but the end result was so disappointing ahead of weddings and several events.
