I had booked my original treatment for Goswell Road, & received a call that it was closed for a couple of days for refurbishment. I was offered the same time slot in the salon nearby or a refund. The rescheduling was seamless and treatment perfect!

Thick acrylics, no manicure before and one came off in under 12 hours. Have emailed and heard nothing back, had to get fixed elsewhere. Wouldn’t go back for acrylics, especially for the cost.
