I’ve been coming to this salon for some time and always been happy with my results and service. Although this time I was charged £10 more than usual, due to a new powder they were using. I was not informed about this prior to my appointment or nails being done, only after. I find this very sneaky and not very customer friendly. I don’t mind paying a extra, but I expect to be informed about price increases before my appointment.

Great selection of colours, very clean and bright salon. Jennifer did a fantastic job. My nails look tidy and fresh. She made the whole experience really relaxing and she was also a pleasure to chat to.
