Turned up to my appointment and a staff weren’t even at the shop so it began half an hour later than I’d booked for. I showed a reference picture of a simple French tip but it was done so badly and uneven I had to ask them to remove it, which they were then annoyed and rude about. I then opted for just a nude shellac colour but even that was awful. Nails were filed a weird shape and done really thick. If I had the time I’d have got them to remove the entire thing. Awful service and awful nails
