Straightforward service, I don’t love when the therapist uses the electric scraper to do shellac removal as I can feel my nails gets slightly traumatised in the process (I prefer soak and file as healthier). Friendly service and generous with the coatings. Not perfect as my nails have bits of shellac at the back but overall good service and good quality/service. I definitely will come back when after a simple shellac manicure :)

Jen was amazing! Very thorough (which is exactly what you want for a Hollywood wax) and so friendly! I’ve been waxing for a while but even if this is your first, Jen will make you feel right at home! 10/10 would recommend!
