I didn’t have a good experience here. I was in for a shellac manicure which was supposed to be 45 minutes but ended up being 1hr30 and I had to ask to leave early as I was going to miss an appointment. The colleague who did my nails was clearly very new and was being guided by another colleague, but she filed my nails down so much that they’re so thin now and the application of polish was streaky all over. They offered to redo but no refund option which was no use to me as I was going away
