Was complete in half the time but didn’t feel like she rushed. Gutted I only just discovered the salon and have now moved away.

Usually happy. Not happy at all today. My nails took 2 hours because they had to be reshaped and redone by someone else as they were all over the place. All different shapes and sizes. Some were bumpy, Then they tried to add on extra charges at then although I know how much the extra is every time. And we agreed upon £5 for white tip from the start the same as always. Not great doing this to a returning customer. Hopefully it was just a one off cause usually happy there as I said.
