Had a shellac manicure with Mai this morning and was so relaxing . The manicure itself looks lovely and neat and she was really patient and careful with my nails ( one was broken so I had been worried before coming but she was extra careful with it ) . Salon itself was peaceful and extremely clean / sanitary

Nope, no, never again!
- In 45 mins three different people switched
- ended up having to file my own nails
- the removal of the existing gel polish was half-asses
- the cuticles cleanup was mostly imaginary
- the gel polish is NOT the same colour as the colour sample, application was patchy and bumpy and piled on extra thick
I’m going home to soak this monstrosity off and file a complain with Treatwell. Complete waste of time!
