Very prompt & speedy treatment and staff were responsive when I asked questions or for help with something. But the salon is very dirty and in need of a really good clean throughout. I don’t think I saw any tools being cleaned / sterilised, which was worrying.

The staff were really gentle with me while I had a removal following an accident that split my nail badly. They put me at ease and took great care.
