my 2nd visit and I like that they don't push you for specific nail polishes (like shellac or normal polish). the nail shape is also brilliant and overall v good job

Waited 20 minutes for my appointment without acknowledgement or any proper communication, and eventually had to leave. Do not go if you don’t have hours to wait to be seen - appointment times are irrelevant
