I always have a good experience when I visit the salon. My only suggestion is to explain the different nail services to the customers or ask them what exactly they want before you start, especially when it comes to choosing a nail colour or design. Most times, people are not aware of what they are paying for until after the service, and then there is a misunderstanding. Apart from that the staff are outstanding, warm and welcoming.
