I was running 15 minutes late having lost my phone en route, and I couldn't ring ahead. She was understanding, adjusted my appointment time, and even allowed me to call work from her own phone so that I could tell them my phone was missing. That was an incredible kindness which calmed me down. As well as Maria being a talented nail artist, I'll be back again because she is a lovely person.
