For some reason an electric buffer was used on my toe nails for a standard shape and polish with regular polish. The guy doing my toenails buffed so far through one nail that it started to bleed. He tried at first to just paint over it, not so hygienic. It had to be left until the remainder of the polish was finished and was quite sore. When I complained I was told it was my fault for having weak nails and no apology.
Really amazing service - SO pleased with the results!!!
