I have been having my nails done her for the best part of 2.5 years. The quality has deteriorated over this time. My latest BIAB is untidy, uneven, and looks very unprofessional. The therapist seemed distracted and disinterested. I’m grateful for the service over the years but won’t be returning after the last experience.
