A soothsayer claims your attitude will steer your life journey...
Although I noticed the previous clients’ recent reviews were warning flags but I’m a believer of judging a person by my own experience of them.
Upon booking and paying up for the advertised slot, Hayley later on sent a text to advise the slot wasn’t available and offered a very late 9pm appointment. Sadly her text went to my phone spam-box but showed up on my home computer. I guess, she could have called as well to demonstrate her effort to reschedule. Hours after I caught up with the message, Hayley mentioned the 9pm was no longer available. I asked her to update her calendar so I could reschedule and to reduce disturbance which she agreed to.
Believing she did, I noticed another suitable 8.30pm slot which I screenshot and sent to her to check if okay. She didn’t reply and terminated my call after the 3rd ring. Texted her to call back which didn’t happen because we are all ‘busy’ and got too late to call back. None of her text messages shows any remorse or accountability as she blamed Treatwell for her dated calendar. Happy to tender the text conversation for inspection.
In our engagement, Hayley demonstrated no empathy and lacks maturity and servitude needed in dealing with the disparate clientele. Don’t be fooled by the fictitious £35 offer for gel hand & feet as the prices for her services are buck standard. If you an equally busy professional, I’d avoid at all costs to limit unnecessary lingering frustration.
Cancelled my appointment on the day, a few hours before I was meant to have it. First time I have booked as was looking for a nail technician. After contacting me, tried to arrange an alternative appointment and received no text back. Very disappointing and poor customer service for potential new customers!
