She did not contact me, she avoided me, she would not answer her phone, I left 16 messages during the appointment window. This was my 1st time using this service and it was a really upsetting experience if the survey allowed it would be NO STARS

Very disappointed. Booked online for nail extensions before a special night out. Then received a text just before midnight the night before my appt saying they were cancelling it. Too late to get appt anywhere else at such last minute notice. Not a great way to run a business!
Difficult to review since only a long road was given as a location. When I rang to find location no answer and I also left a message - no reply.

Lovely lady, perfectionist when it comes to her work, always willing to please. I never leave unhappy, nails always look stunning.
Hayley is always so friendly and does such a good job with my nails. I always have gels and they stay on till my next appointment and never chip. I'm always offered a drink on arrival and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
