Went to get gel ext. with shellac polish; pretty much all the extensions started to split after 24hrs and my middle finger completely snapped within 24hrs.
Really terrible quality and I would not recommend at all.
When I went back and suggested only a part refund (I felt I deserved all my money back, but I'm fair!) Hanna first tried to make excuses about how Treatwell charge as it was booked through them and didn't want to refund; I found this very unprofessional.
Cleanliness was horrific.
