Tan was almost gone by day 4. Legs were darker than arms. After one coat it looked as if there was no colour change

A very convenient local salon and looks like they are best set-up for nails. The 'beauty room' is messy and looks like a bit of a dumping ground. I was told to go on through to the beauty room whilst the last person was still getting themselves ready to leave, I therefore can't be sure there was fresh tissue covering the bed before it was my turn.

It was not a good start as Treatwell had messed up with the payment. I was very flustered but the lady doing the treatment was not very welcoming and it felt as though I was a nuisance to her. She was very dismissive. She brought another woman into the room with me during the treatment (as I was lay with my eyes closed waiting for glue to set. So it was not a private or enjoyable experience. I was very uncomfortable. The room was cold and the ambience was stark and not very good. I left with my eyelashes coated in glue because she said I needed to wait 5 hours before I washed them (never had this before!). My eyes were sticking together and burning. Not the best but experience overall. I was made to feel awkward and as though I was in their way and a nuisance.

Nails were done very well and efficiently, and staff was eager to meet the customers expectations.
The venue itself was alright, nothing too special to it.
