The technician made a really useful suggestion for me as my nails were quite damaged but I found the quality of her work to be quite poor. I had to ask her to correct a nail that she filed the varnish off of and I had to file my nails when I went home as they were uneven and had a lot of excess gel. Also the premises could have been cleaner.
Staff were okay and the actual shellac pedicure I walked out with was very nice. HOWEVER the place was just dirty. Products covered in dust and caked on left over products, stains on the wall.... NAIL CLIPPINGS FROM THE LAST CUSTOMER STILL ON THE TABLE. As I said, staff fine but there were only 2 customers in the shop at the time and no excuse for it being the state it was in. To me, it looked like this wasn't just a temporary problem and I don't think I will be coming back because of this. Again, end product very nice and neat but not a great experience which is disappointing.
For a Tuesday it felt busy. I spent 2hrs 15mins in there. One nail tech was jumping between 3 customers. I had already paid for full set via app but I needed them to remove my current set. I called venue and said i’d be happy to pay the difference (which is £10) says on Treatwell and also in their shop. When I came to pay they charged me £18 additional fee. When I questioned it the man said it’s because they have to pay Treatwell too, so next time I should come direct. My nails look great but I’m not happy about service. They kept taking walk ins and spreading themselves too thin.
