When I arrived staff was a little abrupt and not very welcoming quite unfriendly. When I asked for eyelash extensions they kept trying to persuade me to do another treatment and kept pressing for me to do an eyelash perm instead which I didn't ask for maybe there were pushed for time. The member of staff kept going in and out off the room during my appointment. Near the end of the appointment another customer came and was asking how long so the staff then seemed to rush through mine and kept going out to tend to the customer. When she eventually came back to finish mine she then just left the room without saying anything and told her colleague to tidy the room while she rushed to tend to the another customer. No aftercare was explained not a goodbye or anything I simply just left so I just to walked out and left abit puzzled. I do realise maybe they were rushed but I was still within my booked time of one hour untill the end. From the time I left to when I got home three eyelashes had already come off. The eyelashes were ok abit uneven and whilst applying the tape used was very close inside my eyelid and was scratchy which hurt alot during the treatment she never asked how I'd like them or if I was ok or anything but sighed and huffed a few times like she wasn't bothered. I found the experience very unprofessional and won't be returning. I never write bad reviews but felt quite upset about the experience and wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. I have had many eyelash extensions before but never like this.

Good value for money and overall I’m pleased with my lashes. It seemed to take a very long time but the therapist was being very thorough and I had a lot of gaps from previous lashes coming out.

Decent/ no frills wax. Nothing special about the salon, nice staff and fast service
