The experience was awful. I booked the appointment for 3.30 pm and they didn’t start until 4. So what’s the point of a schedule?
The lady who did the infill and paint had a record-breaking attitude. She was extremely short with me, not very helpful when I asked questions about the nail polish and sounded almost angry at my colour choice.
She then proceeded to have a go at me because I apparently wasn’t doing a good enough job of suspending my thumb so the polish wouldn’t smudge in the UV paint dryer.
Perhaps there was a language barrier, you ask?
The answer is NO. There was no language barrier and I know this because when it was all done she asked me to pay an extra £10 for the infills even though I had already paid £22 on the app - and in perfectly good English. I paid £32 for infills when in-shop it says £18. What's all that about then?

I only ever leave a review if I’ve had an extremely good or bad experience. This experience was shocking to say the least. I hope I save someone else a tenner and some positive vibes by not going here.
