The lady who waxed me didn’t make me feel comfortable and I still had hair left over after my wax as well as a bruise on my bikini region. I have been waxed previously at other places and I haven’t felt as uncomfortable or in pain as I did when I got waxed here... really upset about it as I was going away for a holiday!!!

I booked the Himalayan salt pedicure which was meant to last 1 hour. The pedicure was over after 30 mins. I don’t think they looked at my booking so we’re nit aware of the treatment I booked. The place is very popular and I would go back but for a regular pedicure. I don’t recommend booking through Treatwell for this place, better to do it in person.

It wasn’t pain free, but it was my first ever wax and I have very thick hairs. Happy with the result even though there’s still some hair on my legs

pedi was good.
gel removal , once the drill equipment cut my skin around my nail. then the nail technician tried to remove one of the gel nails by pulling it off and by that ripped into my real nail. that hurt a little I must say.
Mani, one of my nails has tiny bubbles in the polish. I only noticed that after I left. but that's no problem for me. but forgot to put oil on my cuticles after he had finished. also ok I guess, I have hand moisturizer in my bag afterall.
but on the bright side, I like the shape of my nails.
