Worst experience ever. I arrived at 10am when my appointment was booked and the place was shut, I waited for 15 minutes until they finally opened up to be told they didn't have my booking, didn't know how to do the gel nails I wanted and could 'try' and do something else. As I was going to an event that night I needed my nails to be perfect so I left and ended up waiting at a different nail place down the road for an hour until they had time for me. Completely unorganised and useless, I will never return.
