Manicure and pedicure were OK, but not spectacular. Sometimes it seemed that they did not know 100% what they were doing and what products to use, etc. Good massage at the end though! Staff was cordial but with very limited English.
For a place which specialises in nails the therapist was surprisingly knowledgeable and skilful. Lady was very thorough and pleasant.
I had biosculpture nails and was really disappointed with the experience. My appointment was quite late in the day and the salon (which was quite nice) was empty. My nail technician was clearly keen to get home and rushed through the whole process. The lamp also burnt my nails and when I asked the technician, she said this was because the lamp was too strong - I have had gels many times before and have never had this happen.
The nails lasted a whole 24 hours before the first one came off all together and by the end of 10 days, I only had one nail remaining. For someone who is used to having gel nails done, this was really disappointing and I won't be using this salon again.
