The appointment was late. Appointments time should be 45 min but they finished in 20. Too quick, work is done too fast, hair left with patches in different places.

The lady who did my massage was very friendly and nice. Initially, she started by pressing pressure points on my shoulders which felt really nice. But about 10 mins into it, she didn’t apply enough pressure and kept talking. While talking showed a friendly gesture, it didn’t solve the purpose of relaxation and de-stressing. I have taken massages multiple times in the past, and I know this could have been much better. I didn’t feel I got full value for my money.
