I have come here so many times and have usually been treated well however this time it was as if I was a burden. Tammy rushed my brows and didn't complete them properly - she was too concerned about another customer and made me feel so unwelcome. My nails were okay however not to the bestest standard. They also changed their pricing so I was charged a bit more, and have now gone back to a cash only policy which is not communicated anywhere. I won't be coming back based on very bad service, poor quality, and outright rudeness of the staff. Such a shame.
The staff was friendly, but seemed a little overbooked for the number of people there. When I was waiting for my nails to dry, it kind of felt like they forgot about me for a bit. My acrylic manicure was excellent though! They did exactly what I asked for from length to shape to colour. Will probably be going back to them for my next mani.
