Good pedicure and mani but ambience needs some work

The staff were welcoming. However, on arrival the shop was very small and busy so we could barely move despite having an appointment.My mother and I both got acrylics and both experiences were not the best.My mother’s nail technician completely rushed her nails causing them to not all be equal shape and she already needs infills four days later. Similarly, all my nails were different lengths and when I raised the issue that they’re not equal he cut the nails which were already the shortest which made no sense. He did not listen to what I wanted and just did what he “thought was best for me” as he thought I couldn’t handle the length I wanted when he doesn’t know me at all and doesn’t know the fact that I get long acrylics all the time. I believe they should just do what they are asked. Also, I had other staff members hovering around me in shock of how long I was getting my nails when there were not even that long which just made me feel judged. One of my nails had already broken very easily two days later and the paint on my nails is rubbing off due to them using cheap paints. I would not recommend as there are better places near by.
