I missed my appointment and they fit me in. They were professional and I can’t stop staring at my nails. Only place I’ll visit in London!
Gel Nails Manicure
Booked an appointment however had to wait over 30 mins to be seen.
Treatment then felt rushed and I was passed between two nail technicians who were clearly stressed. The table was not wiped down between customers or during my treatment. My hands got covered in filings from my nails when I was curing the gel under the lamp.
They clearly need to ensure customers who have booked are seen in a timey fashion and not felt rushed.
