Moon was not available and the staff did not seem to know that I was coming from treatwell. The lady who did do my nails was ok. She didn’t introduce herself and also didn’t offer me a tea or coffee as other clients were offered. Overall ok nothing special and was treated differently to other clients. It’s always a ‘not nice’ feeling when the staff speak in their own language and don’t interact with the customers.
