Not happy at all.I had a pedicure scheduled at 11,arrived at10 50 and at 11 20 I was already done waiting for the nail polish to dry. That wasn't 1 h pedicure for 27Ā£!Very disappointed!
I am pregnant,I Can't do my feet anymore that why I booked a pedicure,a bit of pampering.Everything was rushed, there was no massage no cream no nothing.At least I have a bit of skin removed and my nails painted for 27 Ā£!!
And I booked with a woman named Moon but a young man did the pedicure!

The lady who did my nails was fairly unprofessional as she was constantly on her phone whilst doing my treatment. The communication was also pretty weak, since she could not speak English very well.
The overall result of the treatment was quite good. The customer service just needs to be better.
