I hadn’t had my nails done for a long time and they weren’t in the best condition and all different lengths. Anna asked how short I wanted to go and left them as long as she could while still tidying them up and managing to make them all the same length. I didnt feel like she rushed them at all and she also did a fantastic job of tidying my cuticles I will definitely be going back
