The people at this location of London Tanning & Beauty are very friendly, professional and efficient. The reception area is nice although small; downstairs where you go for the actual treatments is a bit different. The space is small and a bit cramped and seems a bit industrial; there is definitely no "spa" feeling to it. Since I went for waxing, I didn't mind this so much as it appeared clean. My aesthetician was good; I always appreciate someone who makes the effort to make conversation while performing a service like waxing when she had to be all up in my lady bits right off the bat! Overall I would recommend this company for your waxing needs.
