Awful. Utterly awful! Not clean, unprofessional, and absolutely zero care towards the work they do.
Poorly painted nails that took unnecessarily long as the “technician” was on their phone all the time. I do not think the people here are trained.

The BIAB is good - I would say since the usual lady has left it isn't quite as good service, and the nail techs use their nails to push down cuticles etc
