They cut my nail in half. They have a new person here who has no idea what they’re doing and completely destroyed my long nails for no reason. He filed it a wrong shape and then instead of trying to fix it he cut it off completely. Been here at least 6 times and won’t be coming back. Train your staff.

I regularly go and get my nails done around Clapham Junction. I tried Nails by Katy out of curiosity and it was a terrible decision. They completely destroyed my nails.The gel cracked just a couple of hours after treatment and had started to chip by the next day. I was so shocked at the state of my nails underneath - they have been totally wrecked by this place. The nails themselves after the treatment were so incredibly painful I couldn't apply any pressure on them. Do not go here.

It was ok but nails felt sharp and jaggy when I left. Previously when I got just removal they did my cuticles and put something on my nails to strengthen them. I didn’t get any of this.
