I booked a gel colour - toes for my mum’s birthday. The description said gel plus remove hard skin, cutting nails, shaping. When we arrived they said it was gel only - and if she wanted the other services we had to pay an extra £9. Even tho the description included it all on Treatwell. In the end she got a half hearted treatment - they weren’t even going to soak her feet till I insisted!
I had my own gels nails done a week earlier and thought they were ok but so far 3 of them have chips AVOID!
