Booked in for SNS, half way through the nail therapist called a colleague to ask how they completed SNS. The treatment was done in a different way than I would normally get this but I had not been to this salon before so didn’t raise any query. Nails were completed to an okay standard, albeit very thinly, and cuticles etc were not done/looked cut up by the nail machine which was painful. Within two days nails had broken and chipped when SNS should last 2-3 weeks. No apology given when I called.

BEST NAIL BAR IN CLAPHAM JUNCTION! I have lived in the area for 10+ years and always juggle around various nail places never being completely satisfied. I went in for BIAB infill (Done by Lee) and he listened to how unhappy I was with the previous place. His attention to detail was unmatched and he made sure to check in with me at each step that I was happy with how the appointment was. I’m so happy to have found somewhere that I’m looking forward to going back to! Thank you Lee 💕

it was disappointing that Katy doesnt actually exist, so I felt misled. The BIAB was good overall, but the underneath of the nails is untidy, the process was quite rough in comparison to other places I've been to and I did get cut at the beginning.
