The nail tech was a little abrupt but very attentive to my nails so they’re neat and look great. It’d be nice if music or something could be played in the background as it is very quiet but not the end of the world. I wouldn’t go again just because I’m trying to find a nail salon I love and wouldn’t say I was wowed by the nails or service
