Katy was very friendly and professional. I showed her my simple design idea and she made it perfectly and was even better than I expected. My nails lasted 5 weeks, no breakage or chipping at all, you could just see the growth of my nails! Overall great experience! Highly recommended ☺️

Katy was not my therapist. I was disappointed to be told after the treatment that the business only accepted cash!! I think this is highly unusual and that I should have been told BEFORE the treatment

There’s no music in the salon so you’re sat in silence for the whole appointment. I got Biab, and they are quite thick and bubble-like, but ok for the price. Katy isn’t a real person which feels slightly misleading. I probably won’t go back.

Booked in for SNS, half way through the nail therapist called a colleague to ask how they completed SNS. The treatment was done in a different way than I would normally get this but I had not been to this salon before so didn’t raise any query. Nails were completed to an okay standard, albeit very thinly, and cuticles etc were not done/looked cut up by the nail machine which was painful. Within two days nails had broken and chipped when SNS should last 2-3 weeks. No apology given when I called.
