Katya is not a friendly nail beautician. She has no customer service skills and came across very rude throughout the whole appointment. She rolled her eyes when I explained what I wanted and also tried to charge me more than it should have been. She did an average job of the nails but I won’t be returning due to her making me feel so uncomfortable. Please note her nail desk is based in a scruffy hair salon where all you can hear is the staff complaining.

Katya is amazing to do the nails fast but without lacking in precision and is the first person that managed to give my eyebrows a shape that I really like! Definitely recommend it!
