Very poor customer service and this is saying something as I have come regularly but their policy when they are unable to review and confirm appointments from Treatwell is embarrassing. Several rescheduled appointments and now today last straw after paying and THEY have rescheduled and I am unable to make it. No refund, no rationale apart from “you should use “Fresha”. Never going there again. Pricey and I have only gone there out of convenience. I would avoid

This was the worst BIAB & nail art I’ve ever had. They didn’t remove all of the gel colour that was on top of my previous (clear) BIAB before infilling, so I was left with orange showing through my new nails. When I mentioned it, I was told (rudely) that the nail art would cover it, but it did not. They also used their glove as a palette and this created a sticky mess and cured gel all over the underside of my fingers, which led to very painful sores all over my fingers. Nail art was v poor too
