I had a negative experience with Leanne and would not recommend her. It was much to my frustration that having rescheduled I was still charged a cancellation fee, equal to the cost of the treatment.
I called to confirm the cancellation fee would be deducted. She said no. I felt her tone was rude, she informed me that she isn’t rude, she is direct.
Out of pocket with the cancellation fee, asked to pay again and frustrated with her ‘direct’ customer service I will look elsewhere from now on.
